Each piece of Carón pottery is wheel thrown and hand decorated stoneware. Sylvia Carón's uncompromising attention to detail is her trademark. Her signature pieces feature intricate relief work inspired by the beautiful natural surroundings of her home in the Wet Mountains of Colorado. "It is my intent to provide you with a functional yet artistic piece of pottery that will give you enjoyment for years to come".
All glazes used on this pottery are lead-free and food safe, very durable and suitable for use in the oven and microwave. Most functional pieces are dishwasher safe but hand washing will prolong the life of your piece.
